Ban roster

Banned accounts are kept here with their reasons and history. For chat-related bans, use Reports to preserve the offending text and review decisions. New accounts are limited to five per IP in a rolling 24-hour period and are blocked from IPs recorded on banned accounts. Existing admitted accounts remain eligible to sign in unless individually banned. Shared IP matches below support review and do not prove identity.

First review withholds identities. Second review reveals identities and requires a different administrator. Reports never notify the reported person.

Account history access

Export requests record only the date, what was requested, and the required reason.

Audit log

Recorded changes only. Times use your local time zone. Filter any column and export the matching records.

Roles & granted access

OWNERSHIP & VERIFIED TRANSFER ↗

Only the owner can change these permissions. Leaders can manage lower ranks; officers cannot change roles. Nobody except the owner can change their own access. Owner access is protected.

Social media

Permission area reserved for Instagram, X, TikTok and their feeds. Integrations are not built yet. The Media permission also grants management of the current image archive.
